Introducing our latest bartender collab for February 2022 - Jack Schramm!
Jack is a real bartender’s bartender. It is always a special treat to visit his bar—he’s known for putting in 300% of the work to do things 110% better than anywhere else, and for always bringing the most welcoming vibes and fun playlists.
With experience as Head Bartender at @exconditions and @BookerAndDax, Jack has been on the leading edge of some of the most innovative drinks and techniques in the game, and is constantly influencing the future of the field.
Nowadays you can find him teaching classes with @gushnyc or making the 🌎’s most incredible boozy jello treats at @solidwiggles.

Jeffrey Morgenthaler
In December 2021 we partnered with Jeff to produce his famous Clyde Common Eggnog.
Jeff is an award-winning bartender and author from Portland, Oregon. He has been writing about his experience with bartending and cocktails for several years. He has been a regular columnist for Playboy Magazine, and contributes to a myriad of other publications, including Imbibe, Fine Cooking, and Punch. He is the best-selling author of the world’s first book devoted entirely to cocktail technique, “The Bar Book: Elements of Cocktail Technique”
He is an educator and speaker, sharing his work at Bar Convent Berlin, the P(our) Symposium, Tales of the Cocktail, and Portland Cocktail Week. He is the head judge of the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and regularly judges cocktail competitions such as the Heaven Hill Bartender of the Year competition and Diageo World Class. His recipes and wisdom have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Wine Enthusiast and Wired magazines, and immortalized in classic cookbooks such as The New York Times Cookbook and The Joy of Cooking.
Playboy magazine named him one of the top ten mixologists in the United States, Food and Wine Magazine named him one of the ten most influential bartenders of the past decade, Drinks International voted him the 9th most influential bartender in the world, and Thrillist named him one of the 15 most influential bartenders of the past hundred years.

Jennie Marko
In July 2021 we partnered with Jennie Marko from @couchcocktails to bring you a Negroni Trio.
Jennie’s background is fascinating to us because of her experience behind the stick in some of #yeg's best local cocktail bars. But also because of her transition from cocktail bartender to a career in tech with one of the best tech companies in Edmonton - Jobber.

James Grant
We partnered with James in March 2021 to bring to life the ‘Last Call Trio’.
James is well-known bartender from Edmonton, AB. After dipping his toes into London's cocktail industry 5 years ago, James returned to his hometown to bartend at some of the most premier cocktail bars in our city including Woodwork, Wilfred’s, Pablo, and LittleHK.
He was recently named Diageo World Class 2021 Global Bartender of the Year (essentially, the Olympics of the bartending world).
